Barre core fitness has become rather popular over the past few years and with good reason. Its fantastic workout and core conditioning leaves you feeling light and happy at the end of 60 minutes. Knit one, Purl Two
As a child, I hated needlework in school and used to ask my grandma for help with all my projects. My handiwork was usually crooked with zigzag stitches and I didn’t see the point in learning how to thread a needle (which took almost the whole period and into lunch!) or sewing on a button.
